The Tentamus Group Italy’s publishing project, launched to share know-how and find common ground and points to discuss regarding technical, analytical, research and development issues.

In this new issue, amongst other topics we will discuss organoleptic defects in wines, benchmark values for the assessment of microbiological results, the shelf life of foods and heat treatments, and the pros and cons of DNA-based methods for detecting food fraud and, last but not least, we will introduce you to the new Group laboratories and the Tentamus Technology & Innovation Center Project.
